Samples

How do I select samples?
When browsing our range of carpets, each one has a button saying "Add to my sample box".

You are able to select up to 5 samples per Sample Box order.

Once you have selected your five samples, head to the checkout to place your Sample Box order.
How long does it take for the samples to arrive?
We aim to ship out your Samples Box within one working day.

Once it's dispatched will need to wait 1 to 3 working days for courier delivery.

What is Quote Creator?
Quote Builder is our revolutionary quoting tool, that allows you to build a real-time quote to re-carpet your home.

To use it, click 'Build Your Quote' from the main naviation menu.

Measuring & Measure Insurance

How do I avoid my measurements being incorrect?
Getting your room measurements correct is easier than you think, but remember, you can always add-on Measure Insurance to your order for peace of mind.

When we install carpet into your rooms, we are aiming to come with carpet that is slightly larger than your room space. The carpet technician then cuts the carpet onsite to get it the perfect size.

When you take your room measurements, round them up to the closest 10cm.
If your room is 3250mm wide, put 3.3m into the calculator.
If your room is 3380mm long, put 3.4m into the calculator.
If your room is exactly 4.5m long, round it up to 4.6m when putting into the calculator.

Remember there are a number of things on your side:

If your tape measure is on an angle or slightly bent, it will record a longer measurement than one taken directly across - so if your tape measure is not layed down perfect, we will get even more wiggle room to work with.

The next helpful thing to know is that carpet stretches. Our expert team will be stretching your carpet as part of a standard installation.

What if my measurements are incorrect when you arrive onsite?
Taking the measurements incorrectly is unlikely and we don't come across it often.

If it does happen we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Depending on the exact dimensions, we may be to able to reconfigure the carpet in various rooms to make it work (ie use the allocation for stairs, to be swapped to a bedroom for example), or Worst case you may be required to re-purchase one piece of carpet at the correct sizing.
The leftover piece we may be able to use on another job and if so, we'll provide you a refund for this piece, or alternativley you can hold onto it as an extra peice able to be used for patching etc in the future.
What is Measure Insurance?
Measure insurance is an add-on you can purchase when building your quote that means one of our carpet experts will come to you and check your measurements before we order your carpet from our suppliers.

It buys you peace of mind: if your measurements are off and you need to buy more carpet, we can simply invoice you for the balance needed (or refund the entire order less the cost of the measure insurance). If your measurements are a bit over, we’ll adjust your order and provide a refund.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as direct bank transfer - you will find these options at the checkout.

Direct bank transfer via POLi will not show at the express checkout, only the full checkout).
